3. Students are required to provide a certificate for identity proof such as a copy of student ID card or the status proof letter signed by the Head of Department to benefit from the corresponding registration fee.
4. Students Registrations include all scientific programs, welcome reception, lunches, banquet and coffee breaks. However, excursion, technical tour and accommodation fees are NOT included in all categories.

5. Extra 5.4% - 5.5% processing fee will be charged by Eventbrite.
